Univox 2a technical specifications

Home induction loop amplifier
The Univox 2a is a dedicated induction loop amplifier, covering up to 30 square metres. The built in AGC circuit maintains a clear and constant level of sound; this helps pre-vent the hearing aid from distorting.

Features
Constant current output - Compensating
automatically for changes in loop impedance.
Conforms to BS6083 pt4.
Auto compensates for field strength changes
Loop sizes from 1m2 to + 30m2
Single turn loop
Twin microphone input or one microphone one auxiliary input

Automatic Gain Control (AGC)
To optimise sound quality the home induction loop amplifier has AGC. It has been designed to give a constant sound output to the loop. That means whatever the TV, radio or hi-fi volume level the hearing aid user will receive a constant level of clear sound with no background noise.
