If infra-red neck loop headsets are in use at a venue an electro-magnetic background noise test must be done to comply with the DDA.
Basic infra-red kit B: Infra-red radiator, power supply with mains lead, swivel bracket with mounting plate, audio connection lead and easy to follow operation instruction manual. Optional extras: infra-red 2 or 10 way headset charger, wireless hand held, lapel or boundary radio microphones, microphone floor stand, infra-red headphones and infra-red neck loops.
Headset option: Any number of infra-red neck loop headsets can be used with an infra-red radiator. Choose the number of headsets and chargers required to suit your requirements.

Charger option: The 2 way charger with power supply will charge 1 to 2 headset batteries at a time. Batteries must be removed from headset and placed in charger.
When an battery is inserted into the charger, the corresponding LED lights up, indicating that the battery is being charged.
Charger option: The 10 way charger with power supply will charge 1 to 10 headset units or headset batteries at a time. Headsets can be placed in the charger or batteries can be removed from headset and placed in the charger.
Battery option: An infra-red headset rechargeable battery is a useful option as back up. When the battery in the headset goes flat just eject and replace it with the fully charged spare battery (6 hours use from fully charged battery).
Normal charge time 14 hours. Initial charge time 24 hours.
Microphone option: The wireless hand held radio microphone enables the speaker to use the microphone anywhere in the room. The microphone can be held in the hand, passed from person to person or clipped to a microphone floor stand.
Microphone option: The wireless lapel radio microphone enables the speaker to use the microphone hands-free anywhere in the room. The microphone pack can be clipped to a belt or put in a pocket.
Radio microphone option: The wireless boundary radio microphone is especially effective at group a meeting around a table. The microphone can simply be placed in the middle of the table (no hazardous trailing cable).
Microphone stand accessory option: A microphone floor stand with boom arm to hold the hand held wireless microphone at any height or position can be used anywhere in a room. The single clamp boom arm makes height adjustment easy.
Test option: Choose the loop output test meter to regularly test your infra-red neck loop headset operates to the required standards. A monitor speaker for listening and a visual LED indicator makes this procedure simple.
