Portable Kit A
[POR-A]
£928.25

This is the kit you require for areas up to 70 square metres. The Portable kit A has an internal metal shield that encapsulates and protects the induction loop amplifier.

Choose from the optional accessory list below:

  • any combination of one or two leaded microphones
  • microphone floor stand
  • loop listening/test meter

Testing must be done on a periodic basis to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).

Kit contents and options...

Basic portable kit A:
Aluminium case, inbuilt induction loop amplifier, power supply lead, loop drum and easy to follow operation instruction manual. Optional extras: loop listener/tester, up to two leaded hand-held or boundary microphone(s).

Leaded microphone option:
The leaded hand-held microphone enables the speaker to use the microphone up to 5 meters from the portable loop case. The microphone can be held in the hand, passed from person to person or clipped to a microphone floor stand.

Boundary microphone option:
The leaded boundary microphone enables a meeting around a table. The microphone can be placed in the middle of the table up to 5 meters from the portable loop case.

Microphone stand option:
A microphone floor stand with boom arm to hold the hand-held wireless microphone at any height or position can be used anywhere in a room. The single clamp boom arm makes height adjustment easy.

Test equipment option:
The loop listener/test meter measures the output of a loop system. It ensures the induction loop system operates to BS6083 Part 4. A monitor speaker for listening and a visual LED indicator makes this procedure simple.

Testing must be done on a periodic basis to comply with the DDA.
